- 領収書または確認ページに記載された購入の参照番号を書き添えてください。
- 別のメールアドレスから送る場合は、購入時に使ったメールアドレスを書き添えてください。
- カード番号、銀行口座の情報、ライセンスキーの写しは送らないでください。
返金
返金は14日以内。手続きはかんたんです。
HarmonyKeenが合わなかった場合は、購入から14日以内にご連絡ください。ご注文を確認し、Polarを通じて返金の手続きをいたします。
02 / 処理
お支払いはPolarが返金します。
Polarが販売者であり販売事業者（マーチャント・オブ・レコード）であるため、返金はMalsah Labsが直接支払うのではなく、Polarを通じて処理されます。承認後に返金が反映される時期は、元のお支払い方法と金融機関によって異なります。
03 / その後
返金とともに、ライセンスは終了します。
購入が返金されると、HarmonyKeenのライセンスは終了します。ソフトウェアの使用をやめ、そのライセンスでインストールしたコピーを削除してください。
04 / 消費者の権利
お住まいの地域の法律も適用されます。
14日間の方針は、お住まいの地域で放棄できない返金、取り消し、保証、撤回の権利を、取り除いたり狭めたりするものではありません。Polarの購入者規約も、放棄できない消費者の権利と、カードネットワークによる救済手段を保持しています。

01 / Request
Start with one email.
Email support@harmonykeen.com within 14 days of purchase. Send it from the address used at checkout when possible.
- Include the purchase reference from your receipt or confirmation page.
- Include the email address used at checkout if you are writing from another address.
- Do not send card numbers, bank details, or a copy of your license key.
02 / Processing
Polar returns the payment.
Polar is the seller and merchant of record, so the refund is processed through Polar rather than paid directly by Malsah Labs. The timing of the credit after approval depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
03 / Afterward
The license ends with the refund.
Once the purchase is refunded, the HarmonyKeen license ends. Stop using the software and remove installed copies covered by that license.
04 / Consumer rights
Local law still applies.
The 14-day policy does not remove or narrow any refund, cancellation, warranty, or withdrawal right that cannot be waived where you live. Polar’s buyer terms also preserve non-waivable consumer rights and card-network remedies.
