Activate it. Move it. Find it again.

HarmonyKeen checks your license on your own computer. There is no account to sign into and no activation server to wait for.

01 / Activate

Paste the key once.

Your purchase email contains one long license key. Copy the full line, including everything before and after the dot.

    Open HarmonyKeen

    Go to About, then choose “Activate / manage license.”

  2. 02

    Paste the complete key

    A missing character or a line break inside the key will make it invalid, so copying is safer than typing.

  3. 03

    Press Activate

    HarmonyKeen verifies the key locally and confirms activation on this computer.

02 / More computers

Use it on another computer.

Your license is for you on the computers you own or control. Install HarmonyKeen on the other computer and activate with the same key.

If HarmonyKeen says your license belongs to a different computer: that usually means this one was restored from another, or its hardware changed. Choose “Use it here instead” and it activates immediately. You do not need to contact support first.

03 / Recover

Find a missing key.

Search your email for licenses@harmonykeen.com. Check spam or junk if the message is not in your inbox.

If you still cannot find it, email support@harmonykeen.com from the address used at checkout. Include the purchase reference if you have it. We can find the order and reissue the same license.

04 / Offline use

Keep working without the internet.

Internet access is needed to purchase and download HarmonyKeen, receive the license email, and download future updates. The app itself verifies the license locally. Your melodies, projects, and generated harmonies stay on your computer.

Keep your license key private. It is tied to your purchase and should not be posted publicly or shared with someone else.
