- One key, both platforms.It is good for macOS and Windows, and moving between them costs nothing.
- Your privacy
- Your work never leaves your computer.Activating tells us the key was used, so we can count how many machines it runs on. If that message doesn't get through, activation still works. After that the app checks your license on your own computer and writing, generating and exporting never contact us. The Privacy Policy lists every time the app does.

Polar handles payment, tax, and the purchase receipt as the merchant of record.

Open the license email
Your key arrives from licenses@harmonykeen.com, usually within a few minutes.

Activate in the app
Paste the key once. From then on HarmonyKeen checks it on your own computer, with no account and no connection needed.

The practical details.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. The trial runs for seven days with every feature available, and it needs no card and no account. It starts the first time you generate harmony, which is the one moment it needs an internet connection: the app asks us for the trial license, and if we cannot be reached it tells you and you can try again. After that it is stored on your computer and works offline like any other license. When the seven days are up, your work stays on your computer and a license brings the app back.
Can I use HarmonyKeen on another computer?
Yes. Your license covers the computers you own or control. Install HarmonyKeen on the other computer and activate with the same key.
What if I change my mind?
There's a 14-day refund window, under Polar's buyer terms and any rights that apply where you live. The refund page explains what to send and who handles the payment.
What if the license email doesn't arrive?
It usually arrives within a few minutes. If it hasn't turned up within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@harmonykeen.com and we'll send it again.
Where will I download the app?
The macOS download is on the download page. The Windows build isn't ready yet. When it arrives, you can download it on the same license at no extra cost.
